Our Commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality company registration services. If you're not satisfied with our services, we offer fair refund options based on the stage of your order.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment and we haven't started processing
  • We are unable to register your company due to our error
  • Your application is rejected by Georgian authorities for reasons within our control

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • You cancel after we've started processing but before government submission (minus processing fees)
  • The government rejects your application for reasons related to your documents or eligibility
  • You request to downgrade your package

No Refund

Refunds are not available when:

  • Your company has been successfully registered
  • Government fees have already been paid on your behalf
  • You fail to provide required documents within 30 days
  • You provide false or fraudulent information
  • Services have been fully delivered

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@company-registration.ge
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Government Fees

Government registration fees are non-refundable once paid to the authorities. These fees are paid directly to Georgian government agencies and cannot be recovered.

Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer service credits that can be used for future services. Service credits do not expire and can be transferred to other services we offer.
